name: sow and reap problem it's solving:- the company is trying to reduce the usage of fertilizers in modern day farming by educating them constantly. and the carbon credits these practices generate are kept for sale and farmers can earn additional revenue from the solution. it leverages blockchain to handle the tracking, distribution, and also storing the farmer's personal details to avail the extra perks... it has perfect problem statment, future space to grow, and also can be used by all types of farmers (from small to big) along with perfect usage of tech. they are fully functional company with over 20k farmers onboarded. the way they onboarded these farmers are also very truly inspiring. Airbnb inspires me because its story is unlike any other, of turning an absurd idea into a global phenomenon. While most startups follow a predictable path of product launches and market trends, Airbnb began with strangers sleeping on air mattresses and cereal boxes funding their dreams. When they couldn’t afford to keep the business running, they sold boxes of cereal to raise funds .That kind of jugaad and creativity is rare. The idea of letting strangers stay in your home seemed absurd, even risky, with headlines about scams and trust issues piling up in the early days. But they didn’t give up and proved that even the most unconventional ideas can reshape the world if pursued with conviction.I read 'The Airbnb Story' book and it was really a guide on building a company from scratch.

One Indian startup that really inspires me is Zerodha. They took all the offline hassle of stockbroking and brought it online, making it way more affordable and accessible to everyone. What stands out to me is how they've made investing feel less intimidating for regular people, with a super easy-to-use platform and a strong focus on teaching financial literacy through things like Varsity. Zerodha’s ability to shake up a traditional industry and simplify complex financial ideas is a big shift. It just shows how technology can change things and open up new opportunities.

Uber. Solved a seemingly simple problem which was infinitely complicated. Single handedly lowered taxi fares the world over and broke taxi mafias and created millions of jobs in the process. Never understood the word give up.

I am inspired by Ritesh Agarwal, the founder of OYO Rooms. Starting at just 19, he turned a simple idea into a global hospitality brand, solving the problem of affordable and reliable accommodations. He motivates me to dream big and work hard.

Thaely, a company that creates sneakers entirely from plastic waste without using any chemicals, produces a material that feels like leather. This inspired me to work on reducing plastic waste and creating sustainable products from it.

Zomato has inspired me alot because 1) They felt the pain of foodies to travel and fill their stomach 2) They felt the pain of HORECA owners in expanding their sales and recognition 3) They felt the problem of unemployment and established many vacancies. 4) They felt the need of innovation which India needed.

It's SpaceX, Not because Elon Musk is a Famous or Rich Person.. I always believe in solving harder problems for the largest impact out of 800+ Crore People. Building Q-Comm or App can also impact much in the world but taking from a larger perspective as Creating life on another planet is truly incredible & it's hardddd. So, SpaceX is the one that I get inspired by every time.
