name: sow and reap problem it's solving:- the company is trying to reduce the usage of fertilizers in modern day farming by educating them constantly. and the carbon credits these practices generate are kept for sale and farmers can earn additional revenue from the solution. it leverages blockchain to handle the tracking, distribution, and also storing the farmer's personal details to avail the extra perks... it has perfect problem statment, future space to grow, and also can be used by all types of farmers (from small to big) along with perfect usage of tech. they are fully functional company with over 20k farmers onboarded. the way they onboarded these farmers are also very truly inspiring. (they used student power to onboard farmers). for further information i highly recommend to research. thank you.
