You cannot. As street vendors do not have fssai and gst registration. And as an aggregator you wilp be required yo have fssai registration number. So think of something around registered entities

it will not work , many people have tried that and failed multiple times, for swiggy and zomato it hard to make money on AOV of 350-400, how will make money on AOV of 200. marking very higher.

and how will gain margin cut? items of rupees 15-20 50-100 ? 10 rupees per order ? delivery charge? maintenance? drop this idea dude

for practical perspective it's a very tough to survive but you want this then this needs a good marketing you convince customer to download the app and order from local street Vendor because if they place order with this app they need to pay less instead of main restaurants for example if customer pay 150 rs for 1 manchurian on zomato/swiggy(including all external fee) they in this app customer need to pay only 100 or 110 (including 60rs of manchurian price+20-30rs company commission +20-30rs delivery charges)but zomato also announce to include street vendors

Firstly that's great idea from you, we can try this idea upto certain stage where zomato or swiggy notice us , but it is fine to go with it and have a trail run

Bro u need fassai licence to onboard a vendor in a food delivary app and most of the street food vendors doesnt have a fassai licence

Or maybe start with a completely different "food". Healthy food. Most people do want to eat healthy. But, it's hard to get healthy food. For example, peeling fruits, separation of good leaves from leafy vegetables, freshness availability... most people don't have time these days to go to the farmer's market and get them. Maybe someone already started working on this? If not, they should! It would be great and I'm definitely ready to lift the hard labour.
