How about starting a food delivery platform just like swiggy and Zomato but just onboarding street food vendors and small shops which could not be listed on swiggy or Zomato.

Hmm... but shouldn't we try to push or enable for healthier options and habits/lifestyles? Also street foods are best when eaten on spot, like it's hot or crispy and fresh but all this home delivery in 20-30 mins would just make things cold or soggy na?
