Kingfisher Airlines, bro. The product was premium – best in class service, luxurious experience, and on-time flights. But Vijay Mallya’s marketing strategy was more about him flaunting his lifestyle than focusing on the actual airline. Add horrible financial mismanagement, and it was a disaster waiting to happen
