I want your suggestions on the following solution to improve workplace behaviour towards women. Companies could implement the following punishments for any small misbehaviour with anyone woman at workplace: 1.) Salary Deduction or Equivalent Fine. Because people are more concern if financial losses are involved. 2.) The culprit must take a therepay session in the presence of his closest female relative (preferably wife) and the victim to make him realise his mistake. Because fear of loosing someone close will make him ashamed of his deed. 3.) One month Suspension for from work with publicly disclosure of the reason. These punishments will make them think twice before their misbehaviour. Let me know what you think. Comment your thoughts and suggestions to make workplaces safe for everyone.

TBH, this thing doesn't in the real world. The solution is simple: give a warning and an apology letter, and fire if it happens again if it's not severe, and if severe then fire immediately. P.S. This applies to everyone and not only to male or female.

Seriously corporate environment is totally different most of them are giving extra attention to women rather than hard work employees so Stop this feminist behaviour everywhere and think about men's laws even nowadays if women register false FIR on you under molestation and attempt to rape section then believe me your whole career distroyed in few seconds . Real rape are dangerous but what about fake case on thousands of men ? Stop this feminist behaviour.

I like that you're considering strong deterrents. Butttt, public disclosure of suspensions could lead to defamation issues. Maybe an anon reporting system with transparent follow-up actions would be more helpful

I appreciate you're thinking about this seriously. The therapy session idea is unique, but involving family members in workplace issues could be problematic. Perhaps mandatory sensitivity training would be more appropriate and effective?
