I want your suggestions on the following solution to improve workplace behaviour towards women. Companies could implement the following punishments for any small misbehaviour with anyone woman at workplace: 1.) Salary Deduction or Equivalent Fine. Because people are more concern if financial losses are involved. 2.) The culprit must take a therepay session in the presence of his closest female relative (preferably wife) and the victim to make him realise his mistake. Because fear of loosing someone close will make him ashamed of his deed. 3.) One month Suspension for from work with publicly disclosure of the reason.
