I want your suggestions on the following solution to improve workplace behaviour towards women. Companies could implement the following punishments for any small misbehaviour with anyone woman at workplace: 1.) Salary Deduction or Equivalent Fine.

Seriously corporate environment is totally different most of them are giving extra attention to women rather than hard work employees so Stop this feminist behaviour everywhere and think about men's laws even nowadays if women register false FIR on you under molestation and attempt to rape section then believe me your whole career distroyed in few seconds . Real rape are dangerous but what about fake case on thousands of men ? Stop this feminist behaviour.

No brother.. it's not that different... I have worked with mutiple companies in different cities. I have many friends who are working in corporate. But women's safety is still a big concern in almost every second company. Also, please read it as a gender neutral percpective.
