I want your suggestions on the following solution to improve workplace behaviour towards women. Companies could implement the following punishments for any small misbehaviour with anyone woman at workplace: 1.) Salary Deduction or Equivalent Fine.

TBH, this thing doesn't in the real world. The solution is simple: give a warning and an apology letter, and fire if it happens again if it's not severe, and if severe then fire immediately. P.S. This applies to everyone and not only to male or female.

Totally agree sir.. reality is very different no matter what we say or think. But future warnings are always being ignored everywhere whether it is for safety or in programming!! So we would love to hear from you more robust solutions that could also be implemented in real world.
