Researches have shown that kulfi is more nutritious and healthy as compared to literally any ice cream as kulfi is made 100% from milk and also seller put kesar,badam pesta, kaju etc in it and thus increasing the nutrition level. I would definitely prefer kulfi before ice cream 😊
