"it's a CSR initiative" the cost to run something at this scale is too much to be pure CSR. It has to make money somehow.

It runs on the subscription model and the charges aren't known publicly. But it's sure that drivers subscribe to namma yatri per day basis and gives zero extra commission to them.
What about starting an startup like porter with namma yatri business model(zero commission) is it worth to work on this idea?
