We are a 2 wheeler accessories manufacturer , before covid in 2019 we met a company where we cracked a deal and we provided them the material we manufacture. They were a good company on time payments , good demand. But from nearly 1.5 to 2 years company's production is zero and nearly 26 - 27 lakhs of my payment is pending with them ,and same goes with the stock nearly 30 - 35 lakhs of stock is with me which i made by their oral commitments that made the stock ready we will be producing 10,000 vehicles per month and so on Now many employees have left them including the one who asked us to make the stock ready , the current employees says we are in the process of geeting funds. Should i go legally and file a case on them now? Or should i wait more as lets say i won the case what would happen to the stock i had? My frustration says file a case and bring them to court but my mind says be calm or you may have to scrap the stock you have...🥲
