Vast majority of graduates are unemployable. What are your thoughts on this and how can the system be changed in such a way that students actually learn what is required for the workplace. So my take on this is that firstly, reduce the number of colleges(bad ones) and get the rest of the colleges to tie up with the industry of what they are teaching, for example if it's a computer science engineering degree, get some IT companies to tie up with and have like 3-6 months of syllabus for training with the actual company, so that they can teach what is relevant in the industry today and skills that are required in the workplace. Share your views and if you have any improvements or you disagree to my take on this, elaborate it.
