Many of the fellows only wanted the degrees . Some said " papa ne kha hai karlo beta degree" while some for getting married. Indian people mindset can't be changed even if someone tries to do it. If we talk about college students then most of us come with mindset "abh toh clg agye maze karenge". The surrounding in which the student js living affect their thinking and decisions. Talking about clgs exist, no. is uncountable (majority is of btech clgs). Tbh at present, some professors teach you very well while some don't know about the subj. Sometimes, how they get their PhD degree and job. Talking about tech, all of us want to join MNC without knowing the demands of industry. A student should explore the options that exist and then follow the one where they find their interest. Don't blindly follow the path given by others ( but it is important to know the path others followed). Don't compare yourself others and be true to yourself. Take advice from seniors without hesitation.
