The first thing that needs to change is the mentality and mindset of the Indian public. Many many many people get degrees just so they can get married. Real education is an afterthought for a large portion of the public. No wonder the scam that is called education in our country runs rampant. The public is in on it. The public is getting what they want from it. If not, they would make a bigger fuss about it.
