Our org’s best perk is unconditional mental health reimbursements. We get all our bills reimbursed when we take therapy. Solid culture here.

In my workplace, the biggest perk we have is a half-yearly appraisal cycle. We get promotions super fast if we are performing well. Maybe because the team is small. Maybe as the team grows they’ll turn to yearly cycles.

Okay so my startup has a crazy cricket culture. We play it almost every weekend religiously and quite seriously. We also participate in startup vs startup matches. The best part of my work is cricket tbh.

The best perk in my office is a crazy ass offsite in locations like GOA-Diu etc every three months. We get to travel and de-stress for free.

We can encash our leaves whenever we want and not wait for a certain number of leaves to accumulate or a certain month of the year like my last company. That has to be a big green flag perk we have here.

Office parties. I know a lot of folks enjoy the unlimited pizzas and occasional booze but I don’t drink or eat unhealthy. I’d love if my manager can stop forcing me to be a part of the “culture”.

The most underrated perk would be a supportive manager.

Those ping pong tables man. Bring in sleeping pods instead and let people rest.

We get free two free subscriptions of preferred services like Netflix etc < 2000 rs per month. That’s pretty cool of our company honestly. I was surprised when I came to know about it.

A cultfit membership. Company bears half the cost so you get a year's gym subscription for 7k. A gym in the office would be cool tho, I end up missing a couple sessions everymonth due to the workload. If there were a gym at my office, wouldn't miss any.

Instead of sweet boxes on every milestones some cash bonuses would make a lot of people happy in my company xD I’m tired of Son-papdi.

Free snacks can be replaced with free swiggy/zomato coupons or meals. Who wants to keep junkin’ on snacks man.

If I don’t get judged for leaving at 6 pm, that’d be really appreciated.

Our company just made 3 days of WFO compulsory. I’m praying everyday that they revert it to WFH at choice. It was a great perk and one of my most important reasons to stay in this company.

One of the perks we have is that we get an entire week work from home when you are the performer of the month and I love it! Achieve your targets and work for an entire week comfortably at home. Best!

Not micromanaging would be the greatest perk in any office!

I feel my company can have a better health insurance plan. It’s absolutely bare minimum rn.
