I was ghosted like 3 weeks after giving interview Later I got to know I've been rejected And I was waiting for call They didn't even gave me update abt anything I have interview like 3times They postponed 3times and atleast they called n told We not hiring anymore 🥲

No HR gives a F, they just ghost when they don't want No respect for work :)

So I was interviewing with for founders office in this startup which had a 24 year old CEO and had raised from a tier 1 investor. He didn't hire me as I had seen some startup shows/movies which he was hoping I'd have seen. 👐👐

Went through four rounds for a data analyst position. They told me I was one of the top candidates and they'd get back to me within a week. Two weeks passed, and I sent a polite follow-up email. Got ghosted completely. Found out through LinkedIn they hired someone else.

HR was super rude to me when I asked for feed back. Saying we got 2000 applications and can't provide feedback to everyone. She could have been more polite.

Oh man, I had this one time where I went through five rounds of interviews for a tech company. The final interview was with the CTO, and it seemed to go great. Then... nothing. No response to my follow-up emails, not even a rejection letter. I wasted a month on that process.

It can be quite disheartening when you're eagerly seeking new opportunities during your notice period, feeling optimistic about proving yourself, only to be ghosted by HR after they've scheduled an interview. It's a frustrating experience, especially when you've invested time and effort into preparing.

I experienced it many times. Even HR in start ups and small companies are doing it, as if they are getting thousands of applications.
