An app like this could be a double-edged sword though. While it promotes accountability, it could also breed a culture of distrust between employers and employees right off the bat. I wonder if there are ways to gamify it or implement it more collaboratively? As you might also understand that these people are only human, and sitting at a place for 12 hrs straight is impossible. they live away from their families as well.

I would like to increase the transparancy between employee and employer due to which the collaboration/trust increases between them. It's not just in a single place and not continuously. It's inside designated geofence area (within area limits of radius 500m) along with breaks aswell.
