Reports show 30% of tasks in these fields could vanish by 2030! Companies are loving it lesser expense, more profit. Lekin yeh workers ke liye toh bada jhatka hai ,millions could be jobless if we don’t act fast. On the other side, AI is creating new jobs too. Think AI trainers, ethics advisors, and data science , roles that didn’t exist five years ago. The article estimates 12% of new jobs could come from AI by 2025. But these jobs need skills most people don’t have yet. Without training, yeh sab sapna hi rahega for many. In India, call centers and IT jobs are at risk, with AI chatbots taking over. Globally, 85 million jobs might disappear, but 97 million new ones could pop up, per the World Economic Forum. Par yeh transition ka time tough hai , unemployment spikes aur skills gap bada challenge banega! AI is a double-edged sword. It’s boosting efficiency, but it’s also a job-eater if you’re not ready. Governments and companies need to step up with training programs, or this crisis will hit hard. Founders, if your startup uses AI, hire smart don’t just replace, upskill!
