OUT OF THE BOX MARKETING! (Colgate) EP-3 It's 1950, and Colgate is planning to improve its sales and they're discussing several strategies for this. Everyone proposed their own suggestions, but a bright guy suggested, "Let us make the hole bigger." Nobody understood this at first, but then he explained that by making the hole larger in our paste tubes, the tubes are emptied faster, and the consumer purchases another tube.
