How to be productive and avoid distraction??
As distraction is really effecting my productivity for a long . Any suggestions??

Divide huge work in task and keep intervel in between and gave reward to yourself for doing a particular task as you do this brain will increase dopamine as he will get rewarded and it will reduce distraction it works for me
