I missed my Train due to rush hour from NDLS railway station. I don't even got refund for missing my train . And TTE mut have sold tha seat to ayone and may did some extra cash. My idea lies here why can't anyone sell their seat to get reserved by an
E tickets ar not valid for waiting list tickets. What if person can inform that he she missed train and informs irctc that seat could be made available for booking for person standing on next station?
