I missed my Train due to rush hour from NDLS railway station. I don't even got refund for missing my train . And TTE mut have sold tha seat to ayone and may did some extra cash. My idea lies here why can't anyone sell their seat to get reserved by anyone looking for reservation and in reward 50% refund is issued who missed the Train.

Not possible bruh, government will not allow. If they even did. The traffic in your website will not at all will be easy at all. You need to start it with huge funding, team and pre planning of maybe 6 to 1 years in testing.

1AC to sleepers get converted for people who get waiting list tickets. It’s set at random. The rest which are not assigned only ticket checkers have the authority to sell.
