The process of validating your start up idea:- Delta -4 Assume 1999 You are standing in the long queue with your father to get a train ticket Now you time travel and jump in the year 2024 You see no people are getting in gueues to get a ticket in railway station, everything's online😌 I will ask you what would you rate these 2 scenarios from 1-10 I assume you will rate these at 2 for the olders system and 9 for the new method of getting tickets online. The difference between 9&2 is 7 is what the delta of the new solution is over the older one, theory says that for any idea to be potentially revolutionary, this delta should be 4 or higher. This is what called the delta-4 framework. Tell me the delta-4 score of your startup idea?

I love the delta-4 concept for quick evaluations. But founders, please don't rely solely on this! We need to see market research, financials, and a solid team too. It's a good starting point though
