Train ticket booking in India is a frustrating experience, especially during peak seasons when 40–60% of travelers fail to get confirmed tickets. With over 7 crore reserved passengers monthly and 86% bookings happening online, the system still lacks real-time data, smart rebooking, or alternate route suggestions. Tatkal is chaotic, often crashing in seconds, leaving users helpless. This is where we see a massive travel-tech opportunity. We’re building a smart layer over IRCTC — not a replacement, but a value-added platform offering live availability, waitlist predictions, automated Tatkal, alternate routes, and rebooking tools. Think of it as the “UPI of train reservations” — fast, intelligent, and seamless. I’m looking for a co-founder and a tachie guy— a product-minded builder who can take charge of the MVP. Whether you're into tech, no-code, or design — if you're hungry to solve real problems at scale, let's talk.

Restraint is critical if you're smart enough to explore, hold a lot of energy and want to make one thing huge. Either you embrace it or outsource authority to influence decisions.
