Do you remember the Uber eats era where they were delivering meals for 49/- & 99/-? People used those offers for so long that they got habitual to using it.After I guess 4-6 months they slowly returned their prices to normal but they had huge customer base. Even if with 4-5% retention rate,it's a win for Zepto.
