LoL 😆, It matters bro. Just learn about trademark disputes and you'll know the importance of the trademaking the slogan or anything related to your dhandha. Just to give you an example, You can't simply use the Dark blue and purple color blending / shadows just like Cadbury to your chocolate. They'll bring you to the court. 🙂 Because, they've registered it as a trademark.
