Purely through deep psychologically targeted ads. Trust me when I say this, they play ads on taboos and situational stigmas, like when will one get their husband/wife/new spouse (as marriage is a huge social pressure driven thing for most men and women) when will one get that dream career, for rich people their desired plot, wealth etc. By playing these ads they addressed the most naive, blindly trusting when it comes to astrology kinda public (which is HUGE in India) and ofc discounts on top of that. When a product is this perfect, what can do go wrong. I mean superstition at discount!!! It sells!!
