In divorce a lot of women have Started to take advantage of the laws ment to protect our sisters and mothers from un just circumstances. Claiming 75% of the husbands property. Is it justice? Shouting independence and feminism , making the husband pay huge amount as divorce settlement even when you have a job, is it fair? All our laws are gender biased ! Supposed to protect women, now punishes men. Do you agree¿?

Laws in India are female centered, outdated and maintained by those who doesnt understand the latest generation. Nothing can be done until gender neutral laws exist.

That happens when you stick to and amend the laws coming in from decades. They aren't adapting to the current situation and are constantly just believing in the fact that the real-life situations are still the same as in the early 80s or 90s.
