I didn't get your USP that well. I believe Myntra, ajio and Amazon delivery to tier 2,3 cities (I live in a tier 3 city and for me this hasn't been an issue). At the same time there are lots of fast fasion brands that have now come into consumer's eyes ( Through social media advertising and Shark Tank - I read the other day that almost 20% have been fashion brands till date) So ecommerce specifically for tier 2 and 3 idk if it will see the adoption or not. Secondly the general trade (retailers and wholesalers) is a completely different game and credit period comes into the picture which will affect the cash flow. Suggestions 1. It's great that you have an idea but maybe do some market research, talk to some random people in your target location (Random coz the people you know may not give you the best feedback and even might be aligned with you thought process to a certain extent - that's the reason they are your friends)

Problem- 60% of the carts on e-commerce websites are abandoned in tier 2 cities due to longer delivery times. Solution- Become Amazon prime/meesho for tier 2 cities by opening a warehouse in major tier 2 cities and give faster deliveries. Products

Recently I saw that some were mixing two tea/coffee brands to get the perfect taste. Are there any brands who mix it themselves as per the customers preference and pack in a container and sell? Or is this a untapped market?

The biggest opportunity isn't in financial services or education but building lifestyle products. Brands like LV and Armani have been actively building their own airport lounges, hotels and restaurants.

Just a random thought, not a big competition in condoms and there are very few brands can really go big, if a startup does something new with this category...

I think cluttering and random messages will increase exponentially here on medial, once it gets a boom. How can we solve that ?
