ShramIN, a technology-based networking platform is built on three pillars- Candidates, Employers & Training Institutes. ShramIN platform helps in the discovery and skill matching of candidates and reduces the time-consuming recruitment process for the business by using an intuitive algorithm and user-friendly features. My Major role: - Understood user pain points from companies as well as candidates applying through the portal. - Taking business perspectives to make it a bi-lingual website (future scope). - Conducted UX heuristics evaluation from various competitors. - Partially conducted User testing for the website. - Designed website and App from scratch. Results: - Better retention of the customer, increased by 30% till signing up on the portal. - Educational and awareness portal increased curiosity about the product from 70%

Results: - Reduced the packaging costs by 40%. - Launched 'Lifelong Smart Home App' with initial downloads of 80,000
