Anamzing.. i have similar story... But you will need to create a brand a brand story to build a business

But isn't it's more risky, like already there are many brands are growing. it will take huge amount of time, meanwhile some other brand will come into the market. also could you be please more clear about your USP.

Idea is good but ecommerce is very risky and unprofitable in this niche. New brands are now focusing on this niche. Tier2, tier3 and towns have huge potential in fast fashion. You should start with small or mid size(a per your investment) offline store. We can connect on this.

There are lots of fashionable brands in our country which may run for couple of years or less and note it down there's a vast competition. So you need to explore the need and special USP on fashion. First of all your price range should be affordable and less than other brand but never compromise with quality. So you need more and more capital as well as investor's investment. Also you have to burn and need performance marketing. I would rather say that right now don't go for building fashion brands instead you can go for textile production and sell fabrics wholesell at lower price and margin. Build a brand with effective brand name and then after reaching a certain height you can get into fashionable business. Till then best of luck from me ( Yogi )

Make sure, you know about a bit of fashion and how to keep the price low, Try and not copy paste, have ideas of your own, at beginning it might be tough but it will reward later.

I would recommend that you take out a franchise of Zudio Or if you really want to manufacture and sell, try making affordable Women Formal. Try and define Women Formal By creating a brand around the same.

I didn't get your USP that well. I believe Myntra, ajio and Amazon delivery to tier 2,3 cities (I live in a tier 3 city and for me this hasn't been an issue). At the same time there are lots of fast fasion brands that have now come into consumer's eyes ( Through social media advertising and Shark Tank - I read the other day that almost 20% have been fashion brands till date) So ecommerce specifically for tier 2 and 3 idk if it will see the adoption or not. Secondly the general trade (retailers and wholesalers) is a completely different game and credit period comes into the picture which will affect the cash flow. Suggestions 1. It's great that you have an idea but maybe do some market research, talk to some random people in your target location (Random coz the people you know may not give you the best feedback and even might be aligned with you thought process to a certain extent - that's the reason they are your friends)
