E-commerce Seems little risky as of know you saw this problem in you locality and for e-commerce you need to do promotions Better what you can do is make you logistics figure out a manufacturer than either buy your own printing Setup or outsource it with some other company buying your own initially little expensive because you need to have a person Atleast to operate where you’ve to pay him a salary Than make your final product go B2B Talk to clothing shops just tell them if you sell our clothes we will pay you 40- 50% of Selling price try to operate in less profit margin through B2B for some time till you don’t make good relationships When you will sell through your own by your contacts or by social media marketing that will shot up you margins But initially B2B will give you a lot of idea about you product because those shops are there from very long customer will come their and one thing you’ll definitely get feedback.
