After you complete the first step and now confident that the idea might work well, connect with a few manufacturers (I assume you don't have a family business in manufacturing of clothes and hence will be outsourcing). You can ask them for their designs, costing etc. Based on this analysis you can then create a financial forecast analysis that to see the financial journey ahead.
