JPMorgan Chase & Co. in collaboration with Forage.com has created a virtual investment banking job simulation experience for students. This experience involved leading the strategic evaluation and valuation of a merger and acquisition (M&A) target using a discounted cash flow (DCF) model. The simulation culminated in a comprehensive two-page client report that encapsulated the company profile and auction process. This hands-on simulation played a pivotal role in guiding client decisions and contributing to the success of the deal.
