Passion Isn’t a Fairy Tale We’ve been sold this Disneyfied version of passion, where your career is supposed to be one long orgasm of joy, excitement, and purpose. Bullshit. Your career will have days you hate. Weeks you want to quit. Bosses who make you question your life choices. Projects that make you want to throw your laptop out the window. And that’s normal. Because that’s life. The presence of difficulty doesn’t mean you’re not passionate. It means you’re human. Passion isn’t about loving every second of your work—it’s about being willing to endure the crap because the overall arc of what you’re doing matters to you.

A strong personal brand isn’t built by being perfect. It’s built by being recognizable. Your voice. Your tone. Your point of view. That’s what people come back for. Skills can be copied. Personality can’t. That’s your real advantage.

Spending time alone isn’t optional - it’s survival. Everyone throws around that line: “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” What they don’t talk about is how easy it is to lose yourself in that average. If you don’t
