A Better Framework You don’t need to “follow your passion.” You need to follow your problems. Ask yourself: What problems am I excited (or at least willing) to solve? What skills can I build that make me hard to replace? Where do my strengths intersect with actual market demand? This is where the magic happens. Because the truth is, the world doesn’t care about your passion. The world cares about whether you can create value. And if you can solve a problem people actually give a shit about, passion will creep in from the side door. Not immediately, not all at once, but steadily.

“Follow your passion” is a trap. The real move is finding the overlap: What excites you × What people actually pay for.
