WFH is great and you are lucky that you are doing this even when this was not in fashion. But my points are: - You lived your last 14 years on your terms, why MNC should change their terms for you - WFH is best for the IC roles not for the cross team coordination role - You were not aware with the fact that it could be a red flag for them in your resume It's easy to write anything on social media, just think about it, why would any company hire a person on a senior role with 14years of experience but don't know about the office culture and being a team player.

And how did you come to a conclusion about me not knowing about office culture or being a team player? Responding in opposition to a context on social media is also very easy. Just for your reference: - I managed a team of 42 Employees who were on-site on a floor handling 100s of in-bound calls and million dollar worth of transactions all from WFH - I grew a company from a user base of 1000 users to a 12000 from WFH - The app that you are writing this on was tested, passed, critisied and also grown from WFH. Office culture is great there is no denial, but denial of an employee’s experience is the problem here. When COVID came were you enjoying your office culture in a shutdown country? No right there was a reason behind it right? Similarly I too had my reasons to stay at home.
