WFH is great and you are lucky that you are doing this even when this was not in fashion. But my points are: - You lived your last 14 years on your terms, why MNC should change their terms for you - WFH is best for the IC roles not for the cross team

And how did you come to a conclusion about me not knowing about office culture or being a team player? Responding in opposition to a context on social media is also very easy. Just for your reference: - I managed a team of 42 Employees who were on-site on a floor handling 100s of in-bound calls and million dollar worth of transactions all from WFH - I grew a company from a user base of 1000 users to a 12000 from WFH - The app that you are writing this on was tested, passed, critisied and also grown from WFH. Office culture is great there is no denial, but denial of an employee’s experience is the problem here. When COVID came were you enjoying your office culture in a shutdown country? No right there was a reason behind it right? Similarly I too had my reasons to stay at home.

This is the problem, 'Denial'. you think you know everything, you expressed your resume pointers here, who asked for it. And how come any point is proving that you know about office culture and your reply is showing why HR feels you are unfit for in-office roles. Comparing the WFH in COVID and 14 years of WFH is laughable bro.
