Larger economy is a play when implemented wfo , govt doesn't want to miss out on it . Hence they do everything in their power to not make it happen, Also software developers are the only ones fortunate to even have this discussion in first place , hardly any jobs have that luxury

So true!! Especially companies which are not based here! The seniors rarely come to office, while associates have to come everyday :/

Hybrid is the best way to go because it balances corporate as well as personal life.

On a broader scale of understanding, wfh greatly impacts a nation's economy. Consider the amount of money one needs to spend on transport, food etc Now try to imagine the economy generated by atleast a million people going to office everyday for work. To understand more, try to remember the COVID situation where every working individual has to wfh & how the country's economy struggled.

Tbh it's matter of personal choice , if you're better productive in wfh take that job , if you like office take it Just don't crib , pick what you like options are always available

When it comes to wfo companies really want to create that culture within the office and + the productivity is higher when working from office and it's even beneficial for you, you get to make new colleagues and friends

Cause there are a lot of excuse making employees which don't work at home but make excuses that there's some internet issues, there are some errors....... Etc. So they provide good laptops, wifi and other stuff needed for growing faster.

Hybrid is the way to go.

WFO is better than WFH , i believe in this because i have benefitted a lot more by going to office than those who do WFH.
