How do you wish to keep the integrity of your team in these recent times when basically technology exists to provoke em into having internal brawls, intimidating about resignations and what not. How do you plan to scale your team to bunch of high performers who are not at an MNC but can give competition to any? Do you think that this tactic is being leveraged by few tyrannous founders in the industry to provoke talents to give something they desire in written records? Just curious because as per what i know this tech exists since covid times. What's your viewpoint on this? RakshaHub came into ideation phases back then only when i realized how innocents can be influenced.
