How do you get a job in big MNC in marketing sector ? Does LinkedIn help in this aspect ? I guess Only startups using LinkedIn for hiring ? What are your thoughts ?

I think even MNCs do it, I’ve seen a hell lot of posts by TCS, wipro, capgemini, cognizant, etc, for content marketing, content manager, etc

All MNCs require experienced staff and it comes from working in other small companies. Unless you're directly placed there by your college otherwise they'll demand experience. I tjink linkedin is a good platform, Zomato and Swiggy have hired professionals earlier from LinkedIn and even during an interview of MNC's they check your profile which adds bonus points.

Unfortunately for only entry level you will see job posts and those are also rare. Marketing teams are usually of large sizes hence most of it is done via referrals. You have a much better chance via that route

for working in marketing with an MNC and stuff, even say in the position of copywriter, first of all the job will suck the life out of you. Not cuz of the workload but cuz how boring it’ll be. Secondly, even in such a basic role you’ll need atleast experience of 2 years to get the basic-est roles 😂
