How do you get a job in big MNC in marketing sector ? Does LinkedIn help in this aspect ? I guess Only startups using LinkedIn for hiring ? What are your thoughts ?

Unfortunately for only entry level you will see job posts and those are also rare. Marketing teams are usually of large sizes hence most of it is done via referrals. You have a much better chance via that route
