How do you get a job in big MNC in marketing sector ? Does LinkedIn help in this aspect ? I guess Only startups using LinkedIn for hiring ? What are your thoughts ?

I think even MNCs do it, I’ve seen a hell lot of posts by TCS, wipro, capgemini, cognizant, etc, for content marketing, content manager, etc

medial needs feeds instead of latest in homepage.
because it is restricting the content for avid users as when we refresh, the posts we have already seen still comes on top. we need more randomisation here.
