All MNCs require experienced staff and it comes from working in other small companies. Unless you're directly placed there by your college otherwise they'll demand experience. I tjink linkedin is a good platform, Zomato and Swiggy have hired professionals earlier from LinkedIn and even during an interview of MNC's they check your profile which adds bonus points.
