Hello Everyone, I need advice from you all experienced people. I just passed an interview at a company called Innovative Business Organisation for a role of Trainee Manager. When I gave all the details of my interview to Gemini. It said that this is highly likely to be an MLM Company. And on top of that even though the Joining Day is on Monday I did not receive any Offer letter and even the Confirmation Email they sent was rather unprofessional. The growth path of the company is also rather unconventional. But the offer and Growth path the company gave is too attractive (which is the main concern by the way). Now what should I do? Should I just leave it and move to other opportunities or should I at least attend the Joining day to confirm the nature of the company? Thank you all for the help.
