I definitely think your interview is with TCS, are you prime or digital. TCS mostly have a very hard interview process. They have deep shortlisting and they hire more than they require. You can write a thanks you email to the company and assure them that you gone through topics that you missed answering. Don't be scared. If the results are positive than good not positive than best , you have got an long time lesson.

These interviews are a joke and Service based MNCs usually don’t give a shit about you and will hire you if there’s a space in most of the cases or if you have a strong referral.

Just keep applying and never get clinged to one interview you gave and dont care about the result, if you get selected you will be happy otherwise you will be very demotivated so better not to care about these things and keep doing it.
