Yesterday I gave my first interview in a service based MNC. The time of interview was about 45 mints. I answered most of the questions and solve some SQL related problems on paper. But not able to answer some of questions. HR also asked some questions form the pannel. But currently I am really scared because I need this job, if I miss the chance don't know when I will get a chance again. Can someone tell is there any possibility I can get the job?

You can write a thanks you email to the company and assure them that you gone through topics that you missed answering. Don't be scared. If the results are positive than good not positive than best , you have got an long time lesson.

These interviews are a joke and Service based MNCs usually don’t give a shit about you and will hire you if there’s a space in most of the cases or if you have a strong referral.

Just keep applying and never get clinged to one interview you gave and dont care about the result, if you get selected you will be happy otherwise you will be very demotivated so better not to care about these things and keep doing it.

There is a possibility that if you solved most of the questions in the interview because service based companies usually do interviews parameter based and dont drill down very deep. Stay positive my best guess is that you will make it through.

I definitely think your interview is with TCS, are you prime or digital. TCS mostly have a very hard interview process. They have deep shortlisting and they hire more than they require. If it is TCS you may even stuck with a job but you will not get the joining letter. Keep the things behind and think about other chances. If you got this ok. If you did not get this fine. Try again

Don't get afraid by this, focus on what you can control. Breathe, reflect on the experience (what went well, what to improve), and prepare for future interviews. Loads of people crack this up after giving many interviews and many failures.
