I NEED A HR ADVICE I have my own agency that I started a month ago and since I don't have the leisure of time to stay idle and work without income, I'm going in for a Job Interview tomorrow while also managing my business. They are okay with me being a founder, but I want to ask the HR's or anyone who is experienced to help me with some tips to crack the interview since I have never given one. What questions do I ask them? How do I answer the CTC part and justify it?

Let me ask you a question when did you become aware that CTC is just an illusion? - there is no legal definition of CTC and companies can add whatever they want in it. And the only thing that matter to you is the gross salary.
