Idea: A job platform(like Naukri) where the USP is clear CTC expectation (including gross salary) I know getting the companies agreed is difficult (consideration Indian companies) .But I feel it is a burning problem with many employees getting to the last round of interview and rejected on the "HR call". Plus companies will also save their time.

Let me ask you a question when did you become aware that CTC is just an illusion? - there is no legal definition of CTC and companies can add whatever they want in it. And the only thing that matter to you is the gross salary.

The annual salary is shown as 9 lakh Ctc whereas the actual Salary gross salary of a month is 60k something. I don’t understand why this is different. It doesn’t add up. The salary slip shows the net salary as 61k. Could one of u explain this to me?
