I doubt that many companies would agree to collaborate because displaying the CTC breakdown won't draw in more desperate workers than when you display 30lpa.

Don't you think this is a anti-need. Furthermore, if at the end of interview if candidate itself rejects the company as it is less than current salary , so this clarity in salary will reduce this time wastage
