I am currently working in xyz company with 8 months of experience, it is a product based. Due to lack of senior in the team it might make a dent in companies future. I have offer as a fresher role in service based company what should I do?

Try to hunt for a product based company. Switching domains is not really good. Build your experience in the same industry for a long time for it to be valuable.

Why is it so hard for a fresher to get a job? Especially if he/she is from a tier 3 college in Bangalore, though having decent skills to back us? Is there any way where we can have an edge? Tbh, I've noticed that even off-campus is highly difficult
